The principals of AMRS have collected basic geologic and project data from many countries throughout Africa which is in the company files in Denver, Colorado USA.  This data set can be accessed for use by those who are interested in working in various countries on payment of a daily fee or AMRS can conduct searches of its data, on request, and provide quotes of the cost to provide copies of the data to its clients.

Opportunities for Mineral Resource Development in Tanzania, Third Edition of 1998, prepared by AMRS principal Brian W. Hester on behalf of the Government of Tanzania.  This is a 108 page book containing information on all mineral commodities, except petroleum, as well as information on mining law and other factors that influence mineral development in the country.  It is a full color publication containing numerous maps, diagrams and photographs.  Cost to purchase is US$25.00 including shipping in the United States and Canada, or US$30.00 including shipping internationally.

Opportunities for Mining Investment in Uganda, First Edition of 1996, prepared by AMRS principals Brian W. Hester and W. Wm. Boberg on behalf of the Government of Uganda.  This is a 56 page book containing information on all mineral commodities, except petroleum, as well as information on mining law and other factors that influence mineral development in the country.  It is a full color publication containing numerous maps, diagrams and photographs.   Cost to purchase is US$25.00 including shipping in the United States and Canada, or US$30.00 including shipping internationally.

African Gold - Potential for Discovery and Acquisition of Gold Deposits, Second Edition of February 1994, prepared by AMRS principals W. Wm. Boberg and Brian W. Hester.  This is an 88 page book containing 14 figs., 15 tables, 1 plate (Map of Africa), 4 appendices (1. General Data for African Countries, 2. Country Ratings - Gold Potential, 3. Euromoney Magazine Country Risk Ratings and 4. Country Summaries - Gold Potential).  This is a summary document covering each of the 56 countries of the continent of Africa and its adjacent island nations to provide basic summary information concerning the potential of a country for the discovery of gold deposits based on its geology and known occurrences.  It also provides a very basic summary risk consideration for conducting operations within each of the countries.  Up to 1997 the cost to purchase this document was US$1500.00.  Current  Cost to purchase is US$75.00 including shipping in the United States and Canada, or US$80.00 including shipping internationally.
